Fixed/Free Shipping Policy

Billing address and shipping address should match for orders to be sent out same day. If they do not match, we will ask for a verification of your ID, card used and the address.

If your item has “Free Shipping” listed next to it….

Free shipping only applies to the U.S. 48 continental** states only,  via standard UPS or USPS ground services, depending on the item !  If you purchase an item (without seeing the disclaimer) and are outside of the free shipping zone, don’t worry! We will contact you with additional shipping amount that is required. At that point, it is up to you to decide if you would like to continue with your purchase or get a refund. It’s that simple!

ALL INTERNATIONAL customers may place orders as normally done through our store:

International orders is placed for an product or multiple products that have free shipping in the USA, we will contact all international customers with email after the order is placed in order to charge and get payment for any additional shipping charges for shipping out of the USA.

Return Policy | Non Custom Built Items

You may return new, unopened items (excluding custom-built-itemsand subwoofer recone kits) sold by CrescendoAudio.com within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund minus original shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just email us at [email protected], and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out if we made a shipping error.
On a case to case basis, we may decide to grant a return/refund on products past the 48 hour window. These items would need to be returned, undamaged, with no signs of mounting in their original box. Our standard 20% restocking fee and cost of shipping will be applied. We will inspect all items for signs of wear/use. If signs are present, we will pro-rate the refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (4-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-4 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

RMA items left unclaimed for more than 120 days will become the property of Crescendo Audio unless other arrangements have been made. The 120day hold time will commence once the repair is complete and you are contacted of such.
