Crescendo Audio product Warranty Information
Amplifier Warranty:
Thank you for choosing Crescendo Audio. Your new amplifier is backed by a 1-year limited warranty when purchased from us directly or through an Authorized Crescendo Audio Dealer.
2 year extended warranties are available for select amplifiers, such as the BassClef line, when warranty is purchased at the same time as acquiring a Crescendo amplfier direct or through an authorized dealer.
What the Warranty Covers:
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not act as an insurance policy and does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Accidental damage or abuse, physical damage.
- Misuse or operation outside of listed specifications
- Improper wiring
- Any modification or repair not performed by Crescendo Audio
- Normal wear and tear
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Warranty Process:
All warranty claims must include a copy of your original sales invoice or receipt. Before returning any product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by filling out the RMA request form available on our website.
- Shipping to Us: You are responsible for shipping costs when sending your amplifier in for warranty evaluation.
- Shipping Back to You: If your amplifier qualifies for warranty repair or replacement, ground return shipping is free within the continental U.S. (48 states).
- If the amplifier is not covered under warranty, is found to have no defect, or you request the product returned un-repaired, you will be billed for the return shipping.
Repair or Replacement:
At Crescendo Audio’s sole discretion, your amplifier will be repaired, replaced, or exchanged with a product of similar kind and quality under warranty.
If your product is damaged due to inadequate packaging during return shipping, you will be responsible for all related repair or replacement costs. Please pack your amplifier carefully and retain your tracking number. For lost packages, you will need to contact your chosen shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Limitation of Liability:
Crescendo Audio is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of this product. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hearing damage
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Loss of use or inconvenience
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state.

Speaker Warranty Information:
Thank you for choosing Crescendo Audio. Your new Crescendo Audio subwoofer or loudspeaker is covered by a 1-year limited warranty when purchased from an Authorized Crescendo Audio Dealer.
What the Warranty Covers:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not function as an insurance policy and does not cover the following:
- Improper installation
- Accidental damage or abuse
- Misuse or operation outside of listed specifications
- Improper wiring or enclosure
- Modifications or repairs not performed by Crescendo Audio
- Burnt voice coils or damage caused by excessive power
- Normal wear and tear
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

All warranty returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice or receipt. Before sending any product in for service, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via the RMA request form on our website.
- Shipping to Us: You are responsible for shipping costs when sending your speaker in for warranty evaluation.
- Shipping Back to You: If your speaker qualifies for warranty repair or replacement, ground return shipping is free within the continental U.S. (48 states).
- If the speaker is not covered under warranty, is found to have no defect, or you request the product returned un-repaired, you will be billed for the return shipping.
Repair or Replacement:
At Crescendo Audio’s sole discretion, your product will be repaired, replaced, or—if it has been discontinued or is out of stock—exchanged for a comparable item of similar kind and quality under warranty coverage.
If your return arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement. Please ensure your return is securely packaged to avoid shipping damage.
